Fees

Administrative Fees for Withdrawal/Deferment

Overview

Withdrawal/Deferment

Students who have decided to defer or withdraw from the course have to complete and submit an application through the Student Clearance System at http://myrp/scs.

Students who submit an application to defer or withdraw must ensure:-
  • Their application is completed
  • Thereafter receive a letter of confirmation from Republic Polytechnic on their application to defer or withdraw
Students are informed that absenteeism is not equivalent to withdrawal or deferment.

It is important to note that students who are absent completely from school since Day 1 of the semester is not equivalent to withdrawal or deferment. Therefore, students who are dismissed will be required to pay for the full amount of their course fees.
